
Ingredients
- 500g of minced beef
- Onion soup powder (BUY IT HERE)
- Potato
- Lingonberry Jam (BUY IT HERE)
Sauce
- 400gram Chanterelles
- 30 ml Butter
- 1 Onion
- 45ml Chanterelle fund (BUY IT HERE)
- 15ml Soy sauce
- 2 dl cream
- 4 dl creme fraiche
Instructions
Put the minced beef in a bowl and add 45ml of Onion soup powder, black or white pepper, salt and 45 ml of water. Form the mixture into a thin beef patty and fry it on the stove.
Sauce
Cut the largest chanterelles into smaller pieces. Fry them in a dry pan until they have drained well. Add a dab of butter and fry the chanterelles for a few minutes, add the onion and let the chanterelles and onion fry together. The chanterelles should be slightly crispy. Add the other ingredients and let everything cook together until the sauce thickens.
Serve with fried onions and lingonberry jam.
