Form the mixture into a thin beef patty and fry it on the stove.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:20px\">Sauce<\/h2><p>Cut the largest chanterelles into smaller pieces. Fry them in a dry pan until they have drained well. Add a dab of butter and fry the chanterelles for a few minutes, add the onion and let the chanterelles and onion fry together.
